Service Description

A Reiki and Sound Therapy session is a deeply relaxing, restorative experience designed to support your nervous system and invite you back into calm, balance, and deep rest. Guided by over a decade of experience, this session is held as both a therapeutic offering and a sacred pause from the noise of everyday life. This gentle, holistic practice does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, but a complementary wellness practice focused on relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Reiki is a Japanese energy-based relaxation practice offered through light, hands-on touch. It is not about forcing change or “fixing” anything, but about creating a safe, supportive space where your body and nervous system can soften, settle, and remember their natural rhythm. Many people experience a sense of warmth, ease, or deep calm, while others simply notice quieter thoughts and slower, fuller breathing. Sound therapy uses instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic tools to create waves of vibration and tone that move through the body as much as they are heard. These sounds act like gentle guides for the nervous system, signaling safety and helping shift the body out of stress and into a more peaceful, regulated state. The experience often feels like being carried by sound into a quieter inner landscape. During a session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably while Reiki and sound are offered in a calm, supportive environment. There is nothing you need to do but rest and receive. Each session is unique, unfolding in the way your body and nervous system need in that moment. This practice is intended to support nervous system balance, relaxation, and a greater sense of well-being. It does not replace professional healthcare. If you have a medical or mental health condition, Reiki and sound therapy should be used alongside, not instead of, appropriate professional care. In a world that often keeps us in constant motion, a Reiki and Sound Therapy session becomes a small sanctuary. A place to pause, to breathe, and to let your body remember the quiet wisdom of rest, rhythm, and inner stillness.
