Welcome to Akasha's Healing Hands / Akasha's Healing Hive ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website, booking a session, or joining our community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
We offer Reiki (in-person and distance/Zoom), reflexology, tarot readings, spiritual coaching, and related educational content, including through our online community (the "Healing Hive"). Services may be booked directly through our website or through third-party platforms we use (e.g., Skool, Wix Bookings).
2. Wellness & Health Disclaimer
Reiki, reflexology, and tarot are complementary and spiritual practices offered for relaxation, self-reflection, and general wellbeing. They are **not** a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition. Always consult a licensed physician or mental health professional regarding any medical or psychological concern.
Reiki (in-person and distance/Zoom): Reiki is an energy-based relaxation practice. It is offered to support general wellbeing and is not a medical treatment. Results and experiences vary from person to person, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Reflexology: Reflexology involves applying pressure to points on the feet, hands, or ears believed to correspond to other areas of the body. It is offered for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for podiatric, medical, or physiotherapy care. Please disclose any relevant foot, circulatory, or medical conditions before your session.
Tarot readings: Tarot readings are offered for guidance, insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.
You are responsible for informing us of any relevant physical, medical, or mental health conditions prior to any session.
3. Bookings, Cancellations & Payment
- Sessions may be booked online through our website. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
-Rescheduling: Please reschedule at you convenience
-RefundsIf not happy with your service please contact akashashands1111@gmail.com
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Age Requirement
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian to book a session.
5. Community Guidelines (Healing Hive)
If you join our online community, you agree to:
- Treat other members and facilitators with respect
- Not share, screenshot, or redistribute other members' personal stories or content shared in confidence
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our community including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and recordings is the property of Akasha's Healing Hands / Akasha's Healing Hive and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akasha's Healing Hands / Akasha's Healing Hive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Participation in any session or program is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
