Service Description

The Sacred Sound Session is a 60-minute immersive ritual of vibration, rhythm, and deep rest, designed to guide you into stillness, grounding, and inner harmony. This experience supports relaxation and nervous system balance, inviting the body and mind to soften, open, and reset. The session begins with approximately 45 minutes of sound immersion using drums, rattles, crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and chimes. These instruments are woven together to create a living soundscape, one you feel moving through your body as much as you hear it. Drums and rattles call in grounding and rhythm, while crystal bowls and pyramids offer luminous, resonant tones that ripple through you like waves of light. Chimes add moments of spaciousness, stitching the journey together with threads of shimmer and air. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably, allowing the sounds to carry you into a meditative, dreamlike state where the nervous system can finally exhale. The final 15 minutes are devoted to hands-on Reiki. Through gentle, intentional touch, Reiki is offered to help settle the body, integrate the sound journey, and deepen the sense of calm and connection. This is the closing blessing of the session, a quiet anchoring into stillness and presence. This session does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. It is offered as a complementary wellness practice focused on relaxation, stress reduction, nervous system support, and overall well-being. Each Sacred Sound Session is unique. Some people feel warmth, gentle waves of sensation, or emotional release. Others drift into deep rest or a spacious, floating awareness. There is nothing you need to do but lie back, breathe, and receive. At its heart, this is a sacred listening. A remembering of rhythm, resonance, and the quiet wisdom of your own inner world, guided by sound, touch, and stillness.
