Reiki brings a calm, grounding presence, offering light touch or hands held just above the body to encourage deep relaxation and energetic balance. Sound therapy adds gentle vibration and frequency through instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, helping the nervous system receive signals of safety and settle into a quieter, more spacious state. The feet serve as a powerful gateway in this treatment. Through gentle, intentional work on reflex points, the session supports relaxation and encourages balance in systems of the body, including those associated with the endocrine and nervous systems.
